MY CAT

Today my cat she was going to operate for contraception, but she took a blood sample, her ATL was very high, it mean perhaps her liver is not good. And she needs to take a medicine for 2 weeks. I don't want she takes medicine, but if she has an operation she die... I don't want. So we wait to have an operation until 2 weeks later.
Now I can hear kitty's voice, maybe some kitty are in the garden the next door, very cute voice, but they'll kill maybe. I want to bring up them like Fila, but my house is small, my mother doesn't like many cats, firstly I've no money. But I'm going to do something for them. What should I do...?
