But police didn't move for him, police said "We can't produce testimony of his guilt because proof is nothing, we can't to know who was driver". And then the victim show on the internet that film. That effect was worked. This year on June, police arrest criminal at last.
The internet is powerful, and Japanese police is irresponsible. Because if the criminal is different person? I know police don't know there's no positive proof that this criminal drove or not.
